Perhaps the most essential element of a pleasant holiday is food.
Having worked with many Governors in different cities as the private cook of the Governor's residence, Gönül Hanım, our kitchen chef, learned about different food cultures and prepared different recipes and published a cookbook.
While feeling the joy of enabling young people gain access to the profession by teaching at chef training courses in many cities, she also prepared dishes with her own unique recipes and made presentations on a number of television channels.
This success allowed her to experience the snacks menu and the Italian cuisine by working in a chain restaurant.
Having worked as a kitchen chef in a restaurant which is well-known for its Greek appetizers, she also improved herself in appetizers and fish.
Good food, in our opinion, should be as nutritious and reliable as it is delicious, and it should come from the right sources.
